Returns

Not satisfied with your order or have you changed your mind?

You can make the return without any penalty within 14 days from the day you received the order.
Send the request by writing an email to customerservice@femfour.com , specifying the order number, the name and surname of the owner and the reason for the return.
The items must be intact, returned in their original packaging, securely packaged and handed over to the courier. The costs and organization of the return are your responsibility, unless defective goods or errors attributable to our warehouse are sent.
